Margaret and her late husband Andy have been successfully supplying bed and breakfast and self catering accommodation, evening meals and packed lunches for divers for many years.
Their first dive boat was called “Hunters Moon”. After successfully running this dive boat they decided to upgrade and fitted out a 35ft. Freeward Marine hull and called it “Skin Deep”. This was followed by fitting out a 38` 6” Lochin Marine hull (in the back garden of the house) retaining the name “Skin deep”.
After the loss of Andy, Margaret sold the boat to local skipper Ian Taylor who has successfully continued running the diving charters. Ian has subsequently upgraded to a large catamaran, again retaining the name “Skin deep”.
Margaret and her daughter Cathy work together with Ian, arranging and facilitating accommodation for the divers. Customers are accommodated at either The House 6, St. Annes Road Weymouth Dorset or The Bunker Victoria Square, Portland Dorset.
They provide the option of packed lunches and, or a three course evening meal.
